The Law Office reviewed several different copiers for the new office and met with a variety of companies to see what was available within the price range and the suitability to meet our specifications. Ethan Depoy, the Solutions Analyst for Nauticon, stood out from the rest and hence, we decided to purchase our copier through Nauticon. Ethan was very thorough in assisting us in making the right decision on the purchase of our new Xerox copier. He asked lots of questions to define our requirements and researched the copiers he felt that would provide the best solution for the office. He then met with the firm and presented several different options, along with the cost analysis of each one to help us pick the best machine for our type of usage and affordability. He checked in regularly to see if we needed any assistance in making the decision, took us on a virtual tour of Nauticon to show us the various machines (an in-person tour was offered), and introduced us to the team within the company that created such a positive and reliable environment. Once we purchased the machine, he touched base frequently to let us know when the machine would arrive and provided a technician the day of the delivery to connect the Xerox machine to everyone's (ten of us) computers to make the transition as smooth as possible. A training day before and after the Xerox machine arrived was offered to ensure there were no frustrations in the transition of the new machine. Even after delivery and the set up, Ethan assisted us as we learned more in depth about the machine. If he did not have the answer, he would call someone who did and would get an answer to us within the same day. If Nauticon does not have a solution over the phone, they will send out an expert to provide hands on assistance. We are very pleased with our purchase and the service that continues to be exemplary. I would highly recommend Nauticon to any company who is looking for a copy/scanning machine for their business.
